COMPLAINTS & CONTENT REMOVAL
Report something that should not be here.
The launch service does not accept user uploads, but there is still a direct route to report illegal, non-consensual, underage, infringing or otherwise prohibited material.
What you can report
Please report content or conduct that you reasonably believe involves a person under 18, non-consensual sexual material, trafficking or exploitation, unlawful material, impersonation, intellectual-property infringement, privacy/publicity-rights infringement, or another serious breach of our content standards.
Submit a report
You can use this form or email support@lesbianpleasures.com. Do not send illegal imagery, full identity documents, payment-card data or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
How we handle complaints
We aim to investigate and resolve content complaints within five business days. Content confirmed as illegal or prohibited is removed as soon as reasonably possible and, where required, reported to the payment processor and relevant authorities. Every complaint receives a response explaining the action taken or whether further information is needed.
Urgent reports
Reports involving suspected minors, non-consensual sexual material, trafficking/exploitation or immediate safety concerns are treated as priority matters. Material may be disabled while it is assessed.
If you believe you are depicted without valid consent
State that clearly in your report. We will review the rights and consent records relevant to the content. If valid consent cannot be established, the content will be removed. If you believe a consent record is invalid under applicable law and disagree with our decision, ask for an appeal; the final pre-launch procedure will include the neutral-review route required by the processor/card-brand rules where applicable.
Rights-holder notices
If you are reporting copyright, performer, privacy or publicity rights, identify the work or right concerned, the allegedly infringing material and your relationship to that right. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting on a rights claim.
Record keeping
Complaints and outcomes are documented for compliance purposes. Once a payment processor is live, any processor-required incident or zero-incident reporting will be completed through the merchant portal.
This process supports the launch model of company-produced/licensed content only. If user-generated content is ever added, a materially stronger creator-verification, moderation, monitoring and appeals framework will be required before that feature launches.
