Who you contract with

The membership is supplied by LesbianPleasures, trading as LesbianPleasures. Final company number, registered office and place of registration are displayed in the footer once incorporation details are confirmed.

Adults only

The paid member service is for people aged 18 or over. Restricted adult audio is not intended to be made available until the configured age-assurance process has confirmed adult eligibility. An 18+ checkbox alone is not treated as the final access control.

What the membership provides

An active membership provides personal, non-transferable access to the protected LesbianPleasures audio library and full-length stories released into that library. Public Journal articles and designated previews are separate from paid access.

Price and recurring billing

The planned founding price is $17 USD / month, charged on a recurring basis until cancelled. Before payment, the hosted checkout must clearly repeat the amount, currency, billing frequency and any processor-required information. We do not rely on hidden renewal wording.

Immediate digital access and cancellation rights

If applicable law requires express consent or acknowledgement before digital content is supplied immediately, the required consent will be collected in the checkout flow. This page does not itself remove or waive any statutory cancellation, cooling-off or refund right.

Cancellation

You may stop future recurring billing using the approved processor’s self-service cancellation route, linked from My Account and the Refunds & Billing page once processing is live. A normal cancellation is intended to leave access available until the end of the already-paid access period unless a refund, fraud event, chargeback or legal requirement requires earlier closure.

Refunds

Refund handling is explained on the Refunds & Billing page. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Account security and permitted use

You are responsible for keeping your login secure. Membership is for individual private use. You must not share access credentials, bypass age assurance or access controls, scrape or redistribute protected audio, interfere with the service, use stolen payment credentials, or use the service unlawfully.

Content standards

Launch content is company-produced or properly licensed fictional adult content. LesbianPleasures does not launch with user-generated uploads, live cams, escort listings or dating functionality. Reports about illegal, non-consensual, underage, infringing or otherwise prohibited material can be made through Complaints & Content Removal.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or ended where reasonably necessary for fraud, chargebacks, payment failure, security abuse, attempted circumvention of age/access controls, serious breach of these terms or legal/compliance obligations. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and available support route.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, hosting failure, security incidents or third-party processor/age-assurance outages may temporarily affect access. Any consumer remedy required by law is unaffected.

Intellectual property

Stories, recordings, site copy, artwork, design and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Membership provides access to listen; it does not transfer ownership or a right to republish the material.

Support and complaints

Questions about access, billing or these terms can be sent to support@lesbianpleasures.com. Content complaints use the dedicated complaints route so that urgent issues can be triaged properly.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Final jurisdiction and dispute wording will be confirmed during pre-launch legal review.

Changes

If these terms change materially, the current version and effective date will be published before the change applies. We will not use a terms update to conceal a price or recurring-billing change.
