PRIVACY
Private by design.
We minimise personal data, keep payment-card and age-evidence data with specialist providers, and do not build public member profiles.
Who is responsible for your information
LesbianPleasures is responsible for the personal information it decides to collect and use through LesbianPleasures. Once incorporation details are final, the registered company number and registered office are displayed in the site footer. Privacy enquiries can be sent to support@lesbianpleasures.com.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may process account email and credentials, waitlist consent, membership status, limited processor references, age-assurance pass/fail status and technical reference, support messages, security/audit information and basic technical information needed to operate and protect the service.
We do not need a declared sexual orientation, relationship history or sexual preferences to provide the core service. We do not intentionally profile visitors in order to infer sexual orientation or sex life.
Why we use it
We use account and membership information to provide the service and manage the subscription; security information to protect accounts and prevent fraud; support information to answer requests and resolve complaints; compliance records where required by law or payment/age-assurance rules; and marketing email only where you have asked to receive it.
The precise lawful basis depends on the activity and may include performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and consent where consent is required.
Sensitive information
Use of an adult service can be private and may reveal sensitive facts in context. UK data-protection law gives additional protection to information concerning sex life or sexual orientation. We therefore avoid unnecessary collection, profiling and disclosure. Please do not include sensitive personal information in ordinary support messages unless it is genuinely necessary for us to resolve your request.
Age assurance
Restricted adult content is designed to be protected by an independent age-assurance provider. LesbianPleasures is designed to retain only the minimum access result and technical reference needed to establish adult eligibility. Identity documents, selfies, biometric templates or dates of birth used by the age-assurance provider are not intended to be stored in WordPress.
Payments
Payment-card details are entered on the approved specialist payment processor’s hosted pages and are not stored by LesbianPleasures. We receive limited subscription events such as activation, renewal, cancellation, refund, expiry or chargeback so that access can be updated.
Who we share information with
Information may be shared only as necessary with contracted hosting/security providers, the approved age-assurance provider, the approved payment processor, email/support providers, professional advisers and public authorities where legally required. Each provider receives only the information needed for its role.
International processing
Some contracted providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we will use the transfer mechanism and safeguards required for the relevant processing and will identify material providers in the final production privacy notice.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide and secure the service, to resolve disputes, and to meet legal, tax, accounting, payment-network or regulatory obligations. Different categories have different retention periods; age-assurance data is deliberately minimised and public waitlist/contact information is not retained indefinitely merely because it was collected.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact us first if you want us to investigate or correct something.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies may be used for account security, login and service operation. Any non-essential analytics, advertising or profiling technology must be reviewed and, where required, placed behind an appropriate consent mechanism before production use.
Effective date: 26 August 2026.
Pre-launch legal review: This privacy notice reflects the v0.5.2 technical architecture. Provider names, final retention periods, international-transfer wording and any additional statutory notices will be checked again before paid launch.
